Spark Some Holiday Momentum, Find What Excites You Beyond the Buzzwords
As we step into the magic of the holiday season, there is something special about this time of year that invites reflection. Not just on where we have been, but on where we are headed.
I have been thinking a lot about excitement. Real excitement. Not the surface level buzzwords we hear every day, but the kind of energy that actually drives progress in our industries and businesses.
Yes, AI continues to evolve and influence nearly everything we do. But beyond that, what is genuinely exciting you right now?
Is it a new technology that is finally solving a problem you have wrestled with for years? Is it better data visibility, smarter tools, or automation that frees up time for higher value work? Maybe it is not technology at all. Maybe it is the opportunity to rethink how work gets done, how teams collaborate, or how customers are served.
Across industries, there is a quiet but powerful shift underway. Leaders are asking better questions. Teams are breaking down silos. Partnerships are forming with more intention. The focus is moving toward efficiency, transparency, and accountability, not because it is trendy, but because it is necessary.
Here is my challenge for you this week. If you are not feeling excited, go find it. Explore a tool you have been curious about but never made time for. Learn a system you have been avoiding. Reach out to someone new and start a conversation. Dig into a different way of thinking about a familiar problem.
Excitement is not passive. It is something we choose to cultivate.
When leaders are energized, teams feel it. When businesses stay curious, innovation follows. When we lean into change instead of resisting it, real progress happens.
As we close out the year and look ahead, let’s not wait for January to create momentum.
Call to Action:
This week, take one intentional step. Spend 30 minutes learning something new, reach out to one new connection, or identify one change you want to lead in your business over the next 90 days. Then start it now.
If you are willing, hit reply and share what is energizing you right now. Inspiration spreads faster than we think.
Wishing you a season filled with clarity, momentum, and a little bit of magic.
