I'm Jen-
I have spent more than 15 years in the rail industry, leading teams across 65 different commodities, managing freight spend in the millions, overseeing more than 100,000 shipments, and tracking over 15,000 assets. My teams included transportation analysts, rail schedulers, and rail maintenance managers.
Through all of that, one thing always stood out: I wished there had been a streamlined training program. Something new hires or even seasoned employees could rely on instead of constantly asking managers or searching Google.
That is where my passion comes in. I love helping companies onboard new talent, excite people about this industry, and give managers their time back. My goal is simple: take the fear out of rail and empower new hires to deliver results faster with confidence.
